1. Manage IT systems and support the implementation of new projects.
2. Monitor, maintain, and develop network infrastructure, client, and server systems.
3. Oversee disaster recovery, backup management, and data restoration.
4. Administer and maintain security systems including CCTV, safes, and access control.
5. Support payment and inventory management systems.
6. Serve as a point of contact for service management and handle second-level requests from office and boutique staff.
7. Conduct user lifecycle management and manage end-user devices.
8. Coordinate external service providers, ensuring high-quality standards.
9. Ensure compliance with group security and data protection regulations.
10. Handle all IT-related aspects of store projects, such as openings, renovations, and seasonal operations.
11. Provide IT services across departments and support local and international IT projects in collaboration with the Paris headquarters.
12. Plan and manage IT projects to enhance system performance and stability.
13. Build community, develop, and deliver application training and IT security training.
14. Engage in flexible on-site deployments in boutiques and for exciting retail projects.

1. Completed degree in IT or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience post-degree in the specified environment.

2. Experience in IT project management.
3. Analytical, solution-oriented work style with entrepreneurial understanding and strong service mentality.
4. Excellent empathy and communication skills, ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
5. Proactivity and strong persuasion and assertiveness skills.
6. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
7. Willingness to travel and flexibility.
8. Enthusiasm for the retail environment.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system administration and IT service management post-degree.

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
