- Manage IT systems and support the implementation of new projects.
- Monitor, maintain, and develop network infrastructure, client, and server systems.
- Oversee disaster recovery, backup management, and data restoration.
- Administer and maintain security systems including CCTV, safes, and access control.
- Support payment and inventory management systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for service management and handle second-level requests from office and boutique staff.
- Conduct user lifecycle management and manage end-user devices.
- Coordinate external service providers, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with group security and data protection regulations.
- Handle all IT-related aspects of store projects, such as openings, renovations, and seasonal operations.
- Provide IT services across departments and support local and international IT projects in collaboration with the Paris headquarters.
- Plan and manage IT projects to enhance system performance and stability.
- Build community, develop, and deliver application training and IT security training.
- Engage in flexible on-site deployments in boutiques and for exciting retail projects.
- Completed degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience post-degree in the specified environment.
- In-depth knowledge of system administration and IT service management.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Analytical, solution-oriented work style with entrepreneurial understanding and strong service mentality.
- Excellent empathy and communication skills, ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
- Proactivity and strong persuasion and assertiveness skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
- Enthusiasm for the retail environment.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system administration and IT service management post-degree.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
