1. Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

4. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
