Hermès Senior Construction Project Manager

- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and construction staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
