- Support accounting operations with a focus on general ledger and inventory management.
- Prepare and review month-end closing, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate stock purchase status with relevant parties.
- Prepare stock analysis reports.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts and document business transactions.
- Assist in establishing, maintaining, and coordinating accounting and control procedures.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, software systems, and filing systems.
- Prepare closing schedules, reports, analyses, and management accounts.
- Interact with internal and external auditors for group audits, statutory audits, and tax reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial templates to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Manage finance-related projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related disciplines with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Patient, detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player capable of working independently, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related disciplines with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification).
