Selling Supervisor

1. Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective target.
2. Organize and prioritize the selling floor to enhance sales efforts and client experience.
3. Ensure all items are stocked and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Assist with inventory preparation.
5. Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and client verification.
6. Manage opening and closing procedures for the daily till and monitor assets.
7. Approve returns and exchanges, securing management approval for exceptional requests.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
9. Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
10. Provide high levels of customer service according to Hermès standards.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales and/or supervisory capacity, preferably in a luxury environment

5. Open availability to meet business needs
6. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance

2+ years of experience in sales and/or supervisory capacity, preferably in a luxury environment.

The range for this position is $26.00-$29.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
