Hermès Selling Supervisor

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the client experience, ensuring all items are stocked and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process and verify the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, SKUs, and monetary payments.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including till operations and asset monitoring.
- Approve returns and exchanges, securing management approval for exceptional requests.
- Ensure compliance with asset protection procedures, including key control and merchandise security.
- Provide exemplary customer service, adhering to Hermès' standards of promptness and friendliness.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate business needs, including open availability.
A minimum of 2 years in sales or supervisory roles, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
The salary range for this position is $26.00-$29.00 per hour, determined by job, location, and individual experience.
