1. Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
2. Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the client experience, ensuring all items are stocked and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Process and verify the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, SKUs, and monetary payments.
4. Manage opening and closing procedures, including till operations and asset monitoring.
5. Approve returns and exchanges, securing management approval for exceptional requests.
6. Ensure compliance with asset protection procedures, including key control and merchandise security.
7. Provide exemplary customer service, adhering to Hermès' standards of promptness and friendliness.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury environment.

The salary range for this position is $26.00-$29.00 per hour, determined by job, location, and individual experience.
