1. Achieve individual and team sales goals for the boutique.
2. Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the client experience.
3. Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and client verification.
4. Manage opening and closing procedures, including till operations and asset protection.
5. Provide high levels of customer service in line with Hermès standards.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales or a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask and work independently.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Open availability to meet business needs.
5. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

2+ years of experience in sales or supervisory capacity, preferably in a luxury environment.

The range for this position is $28.50-$31.50 per hour, determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
