1. Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
2. Organize and prioritize the selling floor to enhance the client experience, ensuring all items are consistently stocked and presented according to visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, SKUs, and client verification.
4. Oversee the opening and closing of the daily till, ensuring assets are properly monitored and reported.
5. Approve returns and exchanges, securing management approval for exceptional requests.
6. Implement asset protection procedures, including store access, alarm protocols, and key control.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to Hermès standards of promptness and friendliness.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales or supervisory roles, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

The salary range for this position is $28.50 to $31.50 per hour, determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
