Hermès Selling Supervisor

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor to enhance the client experience, ensuring all items are consistently stocked and presented according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, SKUs, and client verification.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the daily till, ensuring assets are properly monitored and reported.
- Approve returns and exchanges, securing management approval for exceptional requests.
- Implement asset protection procedures, including store access, alarm protocols, and key control.
- Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to Hermès standards of promptness and friendliness.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or supervisory roles, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

A minimum of two years in sales or supervisory roles, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
The salary range for this position is $28.50 to $31.50 per hour, determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
