Hermès Selling and Service Assistant

- Accurately process point of sale transactions, including sales, sends, and repairs, and assist in opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver exceptional client service in accordance with Hermès standards, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at the point of sale.
- Support the sales team by managing merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor and work station to support sales efforts, ensuring all items are appropriately stored and merchandising standards are upheld.
- Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow, replenishment, tagging, and inventory preparation.
- Support the After Sales area by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM files for purchase history and sales analysis.
- Answer phones promptly, providing friendly and appropriate customer service.
- 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
The hourly rate ranges from $22.40 to $27.12, depending on job location and individual experience.
