1. Accurately record point of sales transactions at the register, including processing sales, sends, and repairs.
2. Assist in preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
3. Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and answering questions.
4. Support the sales team with merchandising, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation.
5. Organize and prioritize workstations and selling floors to support sales efforts.
6. Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow and inventory preparation.
7. Support after-sales services, including logging repairs and maintaining records.
8. Record accurate and detailed CRM files for purchase history and sales analysis.
9. Answer phones and provide appropriate customer service.

1. 1 year retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
2. Experience with POS and/or cash handling preferred

1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

The hourly range for this position is $22.40-$27.12. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
