Hermès Selling and Service Assistant

- Accurately record point of sales transactions, including processing sales, sends, and repairs.
- Assist in the preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
- Consistently deliver high levels of service, including greeting clients and assisting with wrapping and packaging.
- Support the sales team by managing merchandise, retrieving stock, and maintaining the stock room.
- Organize and prioritize workstations and selling floors to support sales efforts.
- Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow, replenishment, and inventory preparation.
- Support after-sales services, including logging repairs and maintaining client records.
- Maintain accurate CRM files detailing purchase history and sales analysis.
- Answer phones promptly, providing friendly and appropriate customer service.
- 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience with POS and cash handling is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure
A minimum of one year in a retail setting, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
