1. Accurately record point of sales transactions, including processing sales, sends, and repairs.
2. Assist in the preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
3. Consistently deliver high levels of service, including greeting clients and assisting with wrapping and packaging.
4. Support the sales team by managing merchandise, retrieving stock, and maintaining the stock room.
5. Organize and prioritize workstations and selling floors to support sales efforts.
6. Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow, replenishment, and inventory preparation.
7. Support after-sales services, including logging repairs and maintaining client records.
8. Maintain accurate CRM files detailing purchase history and sales analysis.
9. Answer phones promptly, providing friendly and appropriate customer service.

1. 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Experience with POS and cash handling is strongly preferred.
