Selling and Service Assistant

1. Accurately record point of sales transactions at the register, including processing sales, sends, and repairs.
2. Assist in preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
3. Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and answering questions.
4. Support the sales team with merchandising, stock retrieval, and stock room preparation.
5. Organize and prioritize work station and selling floor to support sales efforts.
6. Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow, replenishment, and inventory preparation.
7. Support After Sales area by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
8. Record accurate and detailed CRM files for purchase history and sales analysis.
9. Answer phones and provide friendly customer service.

1. 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Experience with POS and/or cash handling.
3. Customer service oriented.
4. Ability to multi-task.
5. Detail-oriented.
6. Strong organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
9. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.

1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
