Hermès Security Tools Project Manager

- Manage and oversee security and safety projects with both local and international implications.
- Supervise the implementation, optimization, and management of security tools such as video surveillance systems, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Coordinate global teams and service providers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for various business units, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop project documentation including technical and functional specifications and requirements.
- Define project needs, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and adjust actions as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure operational conditions of deployed solutions and provide user support.
- Design and maintain training and usage materials.
- Conduct incident tracking and resolution management.
- Perform technology watch on emerging security technologies and standards.
- Propose improvements based on risk evolution or available technologies.
- Advanced degree (equivalent to Bac +5) in project management, engineering, or a related security/safety field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the security or technical project management sector.
- Proficiency in security systems (video surveillance, access control, alarms, intrusion detection).
- Strong command of Genetec tools (Security Center, video surveillance, access control) is highly desired.
- Autonomy and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Customer service orientation.
- Project management skills (methodologies, budget management, scheduling).
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the security or technical project management sector.
Advanced degree (equivalent to Bac +5) in project management, engineering, or a related field.
