1. Manage and oversee security and safety projects with both local and international implications.
2. Supervise the implementation, optimization, and management of security tools such as video surveillance systems, access control, and intrusion detection.
3. Coordinate global teams and service providers to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Serve as the primary liaison for various business units, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Develop project documentation including technical and functional specifications and requirements.
6. Define project needs, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Monitor project performance and adjust actions as necessary to meet objectives.
8. Ensure operational conditions of deployed solutions and provide user support.
9. Design and maintain training and usage materials.
10. Conduct incident tracking and resolution management.
11. Perform technology watch on emerging security technologies and standards.
12. Propose improvements based on risk evolution or available technologies.

1. Advanced degree (equivalent to Bac +5) in project management, engineering, or a related security/safety field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the security or technical project management sector.

1. Proficiency in security systems (video surveillance, access control, alarms, intrusion detection).
2. Strong command of Genetec tools (Security Center, video surveillance, access control) is highly desired.
3. Autonomy and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
4. Customer service orientation.
5. Project management skills (methodologies, budget management, scheduling).
6. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
8. Proficiency in English is required.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the security or technical project management sector.

Advanced degree (equivalent to Bac +5) in project management, engineering, or a related field.
