Hermès Security Tools Project Manager

- Manage and oversee security and safety projects with both local and international scope.
- Implement, optimize, and manage security tools such as surveillance systems, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Coordinate global teams and external service providers for solution implementation.
- Ensure project compliance with corporate objectives.
- Define project needs, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Facilitate effective communication between diverse stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in project management, engineering, or a related field in security/safety.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in security or technical project management.
- Proficiency in security systems (surveillance, access control, alarms, intrusion detection).
- Strong command of Genetec tools (Security Center, video surveillance, access control).
- Autonomy and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Customer service orientation.
- Project management skills (methodologies, budget management, scheduling).
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the security or technical project management sector.
Advanced degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in project management, engineering, or a related field.
