Hermès Security and Safety Coordinator

- Lead a team of security agents responsible for site surveillance, including offices, production sites, warehouses, and stores.
- Collaborate closely with the Security Operations Manager to ensure daily service efficiency by updating and enforcing procedures.
- Anticipate and address internal client requests, reporting incidents and challenges to management.
- Contribute to maintaining agent competencies and propose process optimizations.
- Develop and adapt operational schedules and monitor operator activity using dedicated tools.
- Create and disseminate specific operational directives and participate in relevant meetings.
- Ensure client requests are received, processed, and addressed appropriately.
- Monitor the use of analytical and reporting tools by operators and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations.
- Coordinate operator response during unforeseen events or incidents.
- Oversee the maintenance and availability of physical and digital equipment, ensuring necessary consumables are supplied.
- Identify and organize necessary training for operators.
- Conduct pre-site checks for new locations, ensuring tool configuration and adherence to surveillance principles.
- Engage in event monitoring to protect group assets and contribute to service performance discussions.
- SSIAP 2 certification minimum, valid professional card, and ideally three years of recent experience in multi-site surveillance or internal security services.
- Proficiency with basic office software and specialized security applications.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and environments.
- Strong interpersonal and discretion skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and maintain high standards.
- Organizational skills with a focus on operational support and control.
- Initiative and reporting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Respect for procedures, rigor, and responsiveness.
- High availability and service orientation.
At least three years of recent experience in a multi-site surveillance or internal security service, with a successful track record in team leadership for a minimum of two years.
SSIAP 2 certification minimum.
