1. Lead a team of security agents responsible for site surveillance.
2. Maintain and update operational directives and ensure their application.
3. Anticipate and efficiently handle internal client requests.
4. Report incidents, needs, and challenges to management.
5. Contribute to the skill maintenance of agents and propose process optimizations.
6. Create and adapt employment schedules.
7. Monitor operator activity time using dedicated tools.
8. Prepare and participate in internal and cross-functional meetings.
9. Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal regulations.
10. Coordinate operators during unexpected events or incidents.
11. Maintain operational readiness of security equipment and tools.
12. Identify and organize necessary training for operators.

1. Holder of SSIAP 1, TFP APS, and a valid professional card.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in multi-site surveillance or internal security services.

5. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
6. Initiative and reporting skills.
7. Respectful of procedures, rigorous, and reactive.

At least three years of experience in a multi-site surveillance or internal security service, with a successful track record in team management for at least two years.

Unlimited contract.

The role is based in Paris, Île-de-France, within a complex and sensitive environment, often interacting with executives and diverse stakeholders.
