- Lead and manage the sales team, acting as an ambassador for Hermès.
- Contribute to achieving store objectives and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Oversee sales organization and performance indicators for the store.
- Enhance team attractiveness, training, and retention of talent.
- Create and maintain a harmonious work environment, ensuring grooming standards, sales supervision, and issue resolution.
- Train and motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Conduct annual and professional appraisals for the sales team.
- Integrate new team members with support from the commercial support manager.
- Develop sales revenue through commercial activities and clienteling initiatives.
- Ensure the store's front-office is well-maintained and coordinate effectively with the back-office.
- Structure the store's product offering in collaboration with the team and director.
- Lead management briefings and animate KPIs to support team members.
- Present and animate daily sales figures and objectives to the team.
- Construct dashboards and monitor performance indicators.
- Minimum Bac+2 or 3 with confirmed management experience.
