Hermès Sales Team Leader

- Lead a sales team to define and execute sales strategies, ensuring team and individual sales targets are met.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and enhance customer experiences.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships, develop VIP clientele, and recruit new customers.
- Oversee daily store operations as shift leader, assisting the team in sales and operational tasks.
- Ensure operational standards, including stock management, after-service, maintenance, and CRM, are upheld.
- Monitor stock levels to support sales and service operations.
- Manage several product categories, including sales, visual merchandising, inventory control, and training.
- Provide market insights and purchasing advice to the store manager.
- Manage and coach the team, setting objectives, assessing performance, and offering feedback and coaching.
- Motivate team members through recognition of sales achievements and effective customer relationship management.
- Foster team spirit, discipline, mutual respect, and loyalty to the company.
- Ensure regular training for teams to enhance customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong business acumen with solid analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in leading teams and driving performance and customer service.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese; French is advantageous.
- Team player with a pleasant demeanor, service-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the high-end fashion or luxury sector.
Tertiary education required.
