- Assist in the management of after-sales service flow within the boutique.
- Diagnose and analyze returned products.
- Ensure customer follow-up and manage after-sales service flow.
- Act as a liaison with the after-sales service team in Bobigny.
- Inspect products post-repair.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, interface).
- Input personalized orders and track customer reservations and orders.
- Contact customers upon order receipt.
- Handle customer shipments on behalf of sales associates, including proforma invoice preparation and CITES requests.
- Administer Web to Shop processes, validating item retrieval and document archiving.
- Create and formalize presentation and training materials for team briefings.
- Participate in various pilot and cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement.
- Currently enrolled as a student seeking a field internship.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
- Customer service orientation.
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Cegid, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability, service-oriented mindset, persuasive skills, and responsiveness.
- Meticulousness.
- Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Experience in sales is considered a plus.
