Hermès Sales Supervisor

- Assist and report to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and foster client relationships.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Ensure store presentation aligns with the brand image.
- Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning duties, performing these tasks if necessary.
- Coordinate with the team on executing sales plans and store events.
- Motivate staff to achieve established sales targets.
- Enforce proper security measures.
- Monitor and assist in the development of sales staff through on-the-job and product training.
- Communicate promptly with internal and external parties via emails, text messages, and phone calls.
- Mentor sales associates and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional conduct.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Operations Team.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry.
- Passion for the retail industry.
- Proficiency in IT and digital technology.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong team-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work well in a team, with a pleasant, service-oriented, and self-motivated demeanor.
A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the retail sector is required.
