Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the client experience, ensuring all items are adequately stocked and presented according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in inventory preparation and management.
- Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files, and provide administrative support for after-sales services.
- Collaborate with management on POS decisions and address discrepancies during business operations.
- Comply with asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and merchandise security protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to Hermès standards of promptness and friendliness.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Open availability to meet business needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience within a luxury retail environment.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $26.22 to $28.71, determined by job location and individual experience.
