Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience, ensuring all items are properly stored and replenished according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in inventory preparation and maintain accurate records of transactions, including CRM files and after-sales service support.
- Ensure compliance with asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets and merchandise security.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hermès standards, including greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs.
A minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
