1. Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective target.
2. Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience.
3. Assist with inventory preparation and ensure all items are stored properly.
4. Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files.
5. Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
6. Provide high levels of customer service in line with Hermès standards.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment
2. Strong relationship development and communication skills
3. Ability to multi-task and work independently
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Open availability to meet business needs
6. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance

2+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in a luxury environment.
