1. Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
2. Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience, ensuring all items are properly stored and replenished according to visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Assist in inventory preparation and maintain accurate records of transactions, including CRM files and after-sales service support.
4. Ensure compliance with asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets and merchandise security.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hermès standards, including greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and managing point-of-sale transactions.

1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

5. Flexible availability to meet business needs.

A minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
