Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience, ensuring all items are properly stored and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with inventory preparation and participate in monthly cycle counts.
- Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files, and provide administrative support for after-sales services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure all products are properly ticketed and secured.
- Deliver high levels of customer service, including greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and managing packaging at the point of sale.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in a luxury retail environment.
