1. Drive sales and achieve sales targets for leather goods at the Maison Madison flagship store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hermès leather products and craftsmanship.
4. Ensure the visual merchandising of the leather goods section aligns with brand standards.
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall store performance.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in leather goods.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and Hermès brand values.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
