1. Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
2. Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience, ensuring all items are properly stored and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Assist with inventory preparation and ensure compliance with asset protection procedures.
4. Process and ensure accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files, while maintaining workstation cleanliness and organization.
5. Provide exemplary customer service in line with Hermès standards, including greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and managing packaging at the point of sale.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.51 to $29.30, determined by job location and individual experience.
