Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective goals.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience, ensuring all items are properly stored and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with inventory preparation and ensure compliance with asset protection procedures.
- Process and ensure accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files, while maintaining workstation cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exemplary customer service in line with Hermès standards, including greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and managing packaging at the point of sale.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Sales expertise in a luxury retail environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum of two years in a sales role, with a preference for experience in luxury retail settings.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.51 to $29.30, determined by job location and individual experience.
