Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective targets.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to enhance the customer experience, ensuring all items are appropriately stored and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in inventory preparation and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with asset protection standards.
- Process and verify all transactions, including receipts and CRM files, while providing administrative support for after-sales services.
- Collaborate with management on point-of-sale decisions and address discrepancies as they arise.
- Adhere to asset protection procedures, including key control and merchandise security, and participate in inventory counts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Hermès standards, including greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Open availability to meet business needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
- Sales acumen and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A minimum of two years in a sales role, with preference given to those with experience in luxury retail environments.
