1. Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective target.
2. Organize and prioritize the selling floor to enhance the sales effort and customer experience.
3. Ensure all items are stored properly and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Assist with inventory preparation as needed.
5. Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files.
6. Communicate discrepancies in POS transactions and maintain workstation cleanliness.
7. Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
8. Provide high levels of customer service according to Hermès standards.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment
2. Strong relationship development and communication skills
3. Even-tempered with the ability to multitask
4. Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating with a team
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Open availability to meet business needs
7. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance
