- Assist with goods receipt, delivery note verification, and labeling of merchandise.
- Support shipping processes.
- Replenish packaging materials in the sales area.
- Provide packaging assistance at the checkout.
- Engage in various sales-supporting activities.
- Assist with customer reception and service.
- Enrollment as a student at a German university.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and at least one other weekday (20 hours/week, with more hours possible during lecture-free periods).
- Initial experience in a service-oriented company is advantageous.
- High level of responsibility, structured work approach, commitment, and reliability.
- Strong service orientation, motivation, and engagement.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Attention to detail in handling merchandise and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining sales area supplies.
- Customer service excellence and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Multilingual communication abilities.
Prior experience in a service-oriented environment is beneficial.
