Hermès Sales Forecasting Assistant

- Develop and monitor sales forecasts for a portfolio of references, conducting monthly reviews and analyses for each market.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain to track stock arrivals and shortages, aligning them with forecasts.
- Create and analyze reports to enhance forecast reliability.
- Master forecasting software to ensure accurate predictions.
- Organize and manage forecast launches through market inquiry campaigns, constructing forecasting tools for markets.
- Analyze and challenge market feedback to support forecasters.
- Improve and monitor forecasts for new products and one-time launches, managing rescheduling.
- Quantify future product launches within a defined scope.
- Track and analyze various operational indicators, including product flow and forecast reliability.
- Prepare and participate in monthly meetings with export markets.
- Advanced degree from a Business School or equivalent, ideally at Master 2 level.
- Successful experience in a similar internship/apprenticeship, preferably in the Perfume/Cosmetics sector.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and organized with strong analytical skills.
- Affinity for numbers and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of service and teamwork.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a similar internship or apprenticeship, ideally within the Perfume/Cosmetics industry.
Advanced degree from a Business School or equivalent, ideally at Master 2 level.
