Hermès Sales Coordinator - Perfume & Beauty

- Provide daily support to two Area Managers for local markets, including monitoring Business Plans by market and managing orders and invoicing.
- Oversee sales forecasts, including new product launches, and handle sanitary registrations for the MEIA region.
- Extract and ensure monthly sales forecasts are ordered by customers and communicate adjustments to the Demand Planning team.
- Plan POSM elements according to business needs with support from Marketing and Training departments.
- Prepare and communicate distributor orders according to forecasts and monitor receipt of monthly orders.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Area Managers on order status and implement changes in price structures and incoterms.
- Coordinate with Brand Managers and Head Office to finalize new product registrations and maintain an up-to-date database of registration procedures.
- Update and verify monthly Business Plans with Sell In/Purchase data and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with the finance department on data quality reported to headquarters.
- Higher education background
- Hands-on with a number-driven approach and strong interest in business development
- Autonomous with excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with selective distribution and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
Experience in a similar role within the luxury or beauty industry is preferred.
Higher education background required.
