1. Oversee all sales activities in-store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
2. Identify customer needs and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional post-sales service.
3. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
4. Cultivate long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.
5. Proactively engage with walk-in customers and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
6. Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
7. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management or operations within luxury brands or a similar capacity.
2. Strong motivation to serve as a Hermès Ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service.
3. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

1. Energetic, passionate, and positive work attitude.
2. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin; English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in relevant retail management or operations experience within luxury brands.
