1. Oversee all sales activities in-store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
2. Identify customer needs, develop client relationships, and manage sales and post-sales services.
3. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
4. Cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
5. Proactively engage and recruit walk-in customers, maintaining key performance indicators.
6. Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
7. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or a similar capacity.

1. Strong motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver excellent customer service.
2. Commitment to teamwork.
3. Energetic, passionate, and positive working attitude.
4. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin; English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management or operations within the luxury sector or a similar field is required.
