1. Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their shopping experience.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and heritage to effectively communicate brand values.
3. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store meets Hermès' aesthetic standards.
4. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishing as needed.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
