Hermès Sales Associate

- Oversee all sales activities in store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
- Identify customer needs and develop client relationships to drive sales and deliver post-sales services.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) customers.
- Assist with inventory management and participate in special projects as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience within luxury brands or a similar capacity.
- Strong motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Energetic, passionate, and positive work attitude.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin; English proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of three years in retail management or operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
