1. Oversee all sales activities in store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
2. Identify customer needs and develop client relationships to drive sales and deliver post-sales services.
3. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
4. Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.
5. Proactively engage with walk-in customers and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) customers.
6. Assist with inventory management and participate in special projects as required.
7. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience within luxury brands or a similar capacity.

1. Strong motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
3. Energetic, passionate, and positive work attitude.
4. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin; English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of three years in retail management or operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
