1. Provide exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines.
2. Develop and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients.
3. Handle complex client experience concerns and issues.
4. Facilitate sales and participate in up-selling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
5. Share key information about the métier and its performance.
6. Train and share information on new product launches.
7. Maintain the store environment and image of the House.
8. Navigate Hermès tools, systems, and programs accurately.
9. Make decisions aligned with Hermès operating standards and values.
10. Develop knowledge of operational controls, stock handling, and inventory management systems.

1. Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
2. Full working rights within Australia.

1. Strong background in customer service and/or sales.
2. Experience in a luxury environment is advantageous.
3. Team player attitude.
4. Excellent relationship development skills.
5. Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
6. High standard of presentation and grooming.
7. Passion for Hermès creations and comprehensive product knowledge.
8. Positive, proactive, efficient, and client-focused attitude.
9. Strong sense of time management with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize.
10. Ability to achieve personal targets and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
11. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

A strong background in customer service and/or sales, with experience in a luxury environment being advantageous.
