- Deliver an exceptional client experience in accordance with Hermès' Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address and resolve complex client concerns and issues.
- Facilitate sales through up-selling, cross-selling, and multi-category selling.
- Proactively share information about the métier and its performance.
- Train and inform colleagues on new product launches, especially new hires.
- Serve as an expert on care and aftersales for assigned métier.
- Assist in maintaining the store environment and uphold the image of Hermès.
- Navigate Hermès tools, systems, and programs accurately.
- Make decisions aligned with Hermès standards and values, collaborating with the Boutique leadership team.
- Develop knowledge of operational controls, stock handling, and inventory management systems.
- Full working rights within Australia.
- Strong background in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to embody Hermès' values and work effectively as part of a team.
- High standard of presentation and grooming.
- Passion for Hermès creations and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to achieve personal targets and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
- Capability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, with a preference for experience in a luxury environment.
