1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
2. Assist customers in selecting Hermès products, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
3. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
5. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the Hermès brand and its products.
3. Fluency in English and Swedish.

4. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service-oriented role is required.
