1. Serve as the client's first impression of Hermès, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity.
2. Provide excellent customer service tailored to the culture and personality of each client.
3. Maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image.
4. Develop sales across all product categories, focusing on product quality and service excellence.
5. Establish and maintain client relationships and inform them about new products and services.
6. Identify and handle client inquiries and concerns.

1. At least 10 years of relevant customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.

3. Fluent in Swedish and English.
4. Ability to adapt to different cultures and a real sense of empathy.
5. Broad interest and knowledge in arts, travel, literature, and news.
6. Up-to-date on luxury market trends and social media activity.

The position is based in Stockholm, within a diverse and culturally rich region. Hermès Benelux-Nordics, a subsidiary of Hermès International, manages the distribution of Hermès products in Benelux and Scandinavia, operating in a geographical and cultural mosaic of 7 cities, 6 countries, 5 languages, and 4 currencies.
