1. Assist in maintaining the store environment and customer experience in alignment with Hermès' global standards.
2. Drive sales activities and serve as an ambassador of exceptional client service within the boutique.
3. Participate in boutique-related activities and support the sales team in all aspects of the Hermès boutique operations.
4. Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service to clientele.
5. Maintain high standards of presentation and grooming.

1. Proven sales record in a retail environment.
2. Previous customer service experience preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Passion for Hermès creations and sensitivity to the brand's craft and identity.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
