1. Participate in daily store operations.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a shopping environment aligned with the brand's image.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
4. Inform customers about new products, services, and changes.
5. Address client inquiries and concerns.
6. Implement sales strategies and engage in marketing events and promotional programs.
7. Maintain records and reports on sales activities.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Passion for the retail industry with strong selling skills.
2. Interest in fashion and appreciation for quality products.
3. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in English or French is advantageous.

Experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales.
