1. Oversee daily store operations with precision and efficiency.
2. Drive sales activities across selected métiers, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
3. Deliver exemplary customer service, maintaining a shopping environment that reflects the brand's esteemed image.
4. Cultivate and sustain client relationships through proactive engagement with current and potential customers.
5. Inform customers about new products, services, and any pertinent changes.
6. Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
7. Implement sales strategies and actively participate in marketing events and promotional programs.
8. Relay valuable feedback from in-store activities to store management.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
