1. Participate in daily store operations
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the brand image
3. Maintain relationships with current and potential customers
4. Inform customers about new products or services and changes
5. Handle client inquiries and concerns
6. Execute sales plans and participate in marketing events and promotion programs
7. Keep records and reports on sales activities
8. Perform other duties as assigned

1. Passion for the retail industry with good selling skills

1. Fluency in Mandarin
2. Proficiency in English or French is a plus
