Hermès Sales Associate

- Engage with clients to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate brand values and craftsmanship.
- Assist in visual merchandising to uphold store aesthetics.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Danish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in fashion or retail management is preferred.
