Hermès Sales Associate

- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, embodying the Hermès image with warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to the cultural and personal nuances of each client, ensuring a shopping environment aligned with the Hermès brand.
- Drive sales across all product categories, maintaining a focus on product quality and service excellence.
- Engage with current and prospective clients to build and sustain relationships, and to communicate new product offerings.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a high-end service environment.
- Genuine passion for people and service.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultures with a strong sense of empathy.
- Broad interest and knowledge in arts, travel, literature, and current events.
- Awareness of luxury market trends and social media dynamics.
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end service environment.
