1. Propose and sell products across all departments, working collaboratively with the entire store team to drive sales.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a memorable and surprising in-store experience, potentially in partnership with the external relations manager.
3. Represent and convey the values of Hermès to clients and new employees, recruiting and retaining a diverse clientele.
4. Independently manage and maintain a client database.
5. Participate in inventory management, assist with merchandising changes, and maintain the organization of the store and department.
