1. Propose and sell items across all departments, contributing to the store's sales growth.
2. Collaborate with the entire store team to enhance customer experience and revenue.
3. Ensure customer well-being in-store by offering memorable and surprising experiences.
4. Act as an ambassador for Hermès, embodying and conveying the maison's values to clients and new employees.
5. Recruit and retain a diverse clientele, both national and international.
6. Maintain and manage a personal client database autonomously.
7. Participate in inventory, assist with merchandising changes, and ensure the department/store is well-organized.
