1. Assist in maintaining the store environment and customer experience in alignment with Hermès standards.
2. Support all aspects of boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Hermès' global image and service standards.
3. Drive sales activities and serve as an ambassador of exceptional client service within the boutique.
4. Participate in boutique-related activities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

1. Proven sales record in a luxury retail environment.
2. Previous customer service experience preferred.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment.
4. High standard of presentation and grooming.

Previous experience in customer service within a luxury retail setting is preferred.
