- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge across all Hermès métiers.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Hermès' brand values.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is advantageous.
