1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
2. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs by engaging with customers and promoting the brand's products.
3. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a luxurious shopping environment.
4. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and Hermès brand ethos.
3. Proficiency in English and Norwegian, with additional languages being an advantage.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer service role is required.
