1. Propose and sell products across various departments.
2. Collaborate with the entire store team to drive sales growth.
3. Identify customer opportunities and remain proactive.
4. Ensure customer well-being in-store and offer memorable experiences in collaboration with the external relations manager.
5. Provide solutions and information to prevent customer uncertainty.
6. Represent and convey Hermès' values to clients and new employees.
7. Recruit and retain a new national and international clientele.
8. Independently manage and maintain a client database.
9. Highlight the craftsmanship of artisans.
10. Exhibit exemplary behavior and humility.
11. Demonstrate agility with digital tools and new communication methods.
12. Fluently communicate in English, both written and spoken.
