Sales Associate

1. Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services worldwide
2. Identify customers’ needs, develop client relationships, sales, and deliver post-sales services
3. Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer experience
5. Proactively receive and recruit walk-in customers, maintain KPI customers
6. Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
7. Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team
8. Perform other duties as assigned

1. Minimum 3 years relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or in similar capacity
2. Strong motivation in becoming a Hermès Ambassador and providing excellent customer service
3. Strong commitment towards teamwork

1. Energetic, passionate and positive working attitude
2. Excellent in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
3. Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Minimum 3 years relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or in similar capacity.

Unlimited contract

The position is based in Hong Kong SAR, within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
