1. Oversee all sales activities in-store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
2. Identify customer needs and cultivate client relationships through sales and post-sales services.
3. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
4. Build and sustain long-term customer relationships by providing an exceptional customer experience.
5. Proactively engage and recruit walk-in customers, maintaining key performance indicators.
6. Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
7. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or a similar capacity.
2. Strong motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver excellent customer service.
3. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork.

1. Energetic, passionate, and positive working attitude.
2. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management or operations within the luxury sector or a comparable field.
