Hermès Sales Associate

- Oversee all sales activities within the store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
- Identify customer needs and develop client relationships to drive sales and deliver post-sales services.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively engage and recruit walk-in customers, maintaining key performance indicators.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or a similar capacity.
- Strong motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Commitment to teamwork.
- Energetic, passionate, and positive working attitude.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
A minimum of three years in retail management or operations within the luxury sector or a comparable field is required.
