1. Oversee all sales activities within the store, adhering to Hermès' global standards of image and service.
2. Identify customer needs and develop client relationships to drive sales and deliver post-sales services.
3. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
4. Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.
5. Proactively engage and recruit walk-in customers, maintaining key performance indicators.
6. Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
7. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or a similar capacity.

4. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

A minimum of three years in retail management or operations within the luxury sector or a comparable field is required.
