2. Drive sales activities and serve as an ambassador of exceptional client service within the boutique.
3. Participate in boutique-related activities to enhance the overall store performance.
4. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and delivering a high standard of service.
5. Ensure the boutique's image and services are consistent with Hermès' global standards.

1. Proven sales record in a luxury retail environment.

Previous customer service experience in a luxury retail setting is preferred.
