1. Assist in maintaining the store environment and enhancing the customer experience.
2. Support all aspects of the boutique operations in alignment with Hermès standards.
3. Drive sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
4. Serve as an ambassador of exceptional client service within the boutique.
5. Participate in boutique-related activities and initiatives.

1. Proven sales record in a luxury retail environment.
2. Previous customer service experience preferred.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment.
4. High standard of presentation and grooming.

Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the luxury retail sector, is preferred.
