- Manage the administrative processes for special orders using internal systems.
- Monitor the development process of special order projects in collaboration with international stores.
- Prepare progress reports for ongoing projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses using Excel.
- Participate in organizing biannual podiums to present capsule collections to Hermès stores.
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and product sensitivity.
- Organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Autonomous, versatile, and proactive in project management.
A foundational experience in a business or marketing role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
