Hermès Sales and Service Support Coordinator

- Oversee back-office customer service management, ensuring excellence in aftersales, customer requests, reservations, and remote sales.
- Provide high-quality customer service via email and phone, managing follow-up routines for personalized orders and repair requests.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline back-office processes.
- Track and analyze performance metrics related to customer service operations.
- Support store network and call center requests.
- Administer HR and store team operations, including staff planning and store maintenance.
- Manage store orders and follow-up on general costs.
- Assist with till control management, ensuring accuracy in cash remittances and reviewing operational reports.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including conversion rates and stock on hold.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role within a retail environment.
- Fluency in English and either German or French.
- Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a high degree of organization and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
