Sales and Commercial Coordination Assistant Intern

1. Support Zone Managers in preparing sales documents and tools such as collection plans, digital catalogs, delivery schedules, and price pyramids.
2. Assist in organizing showroom events, including video shoots and scheduling.
3. Verify data in purchasing tools and conduct market and product analyses.
4. Help set up the showroom stand and provide operational support for sales training.
5. Assist during purchasing meetings and collect buyer feedback.
6. Contribute to post-showroom activities like dismantling stands and inventory management.
7. Analyze weekly sales and stock status.
8. Implement seasonal restocking and manage available stock.
9. Produce store training materials and guidelines in collaboration with Zone Managers.
10. Analyze product deliveries and optimize market transfers.

1. Seriousness, dynamism, rigor, humility, punctuality, organization, and service orientation.
2. Fluent in English with strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Availability on Saturdays for potential showroom activities.

1 to 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or showroom is a plus.
