- Support Zone Managers in preparing sales tools and documents, including collection plans, digital catalogs, delivery schedules, pricing pyramids, and buyer feedback questionnaires.
- Assist in organizing showroom events, including video shoots and scheduling.
- Verify data accuracy in purchasing tools and conduct market and product analyses.
- Aid in the setup and operational support of showroom stands, including product bundles and vendor training.
- Actively participate in showroom events, assisting with buyer meetings, feedback collection, and order reviews.
- Supervise the silk stand, ensuring proper merchandising and product availability.
- Assist in post-showroom activities, including stand dismantling and inventory management.
- Contribute to showroom performance analysis and documentation.
- Conduct weekly sales and stock analysis for product and zone performance.
- Develop ad-hoc analyses based on team needs, including business focus and travel insights.
- Implement seasonal restocking and stock animation strategies.
- Consolidate and distribute information on production cancellations and client communications.
- Support Zone Managers in cross-functional tasks, including store training and guidelines production.
- Analyze deliveries and optimize market transfers and priorities in collaboration with the supply chain team.
- Provide product performance insights to inform collection team recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on commerce or sales.
- Fluency in English and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and service-oriented skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
1 to 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or showroom environments is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on commerce or sales.
