- Welcome, advise, and sell Hermès perfumes and beauty products in department store stands.
- Collaborate with permanent ambassadors in stand activities: animation, events, stock management, and organization.
- Serve clients by welcoming and advising them on Hermès olfactory creations and beauty products.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice, introducing them to the essence of each collection.
- Suggest complementary products, highlighting the excellence of Hermès objects and craftsmanship.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service to foster customer loyalty and turn challenging situations into sales opportunities.
- Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as inventory, store cleanliness, unpacking, and labeling.
- Ensure the implementation of each animation and the use of tools according to operational marketing guidelines.

- Previous successful experience, ideally in a similar role within department stores or institutes, is highly appreciated.
- Education from a specialized school, business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.

- Fluent in French and English.
