Hermès Sales Advisor - Men's Fashion

- Propose and sell items from the men's fashion department and other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with the entire store team to enhance sales revenue.
- Identify client opportunities and maintain a proactive presence on the sales floor.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing a memorable and surprising experience in partnership with the external relations manager.
- Resolve client inquiries promptly to prevent any uncertainty.
- Represent and convey the values of Hermès to clients and new employees.
- Recruit and retain a new national and international clientele.
- Independently manage and maintain a client database.
- Highlight the craftsmanship of Hermès artisans.
- Participate in inventory management, assist with merchandising changes, and ensure the department and store are well-maintained.
- Recognized passion for client service and a results-driven mindset in previous roles.
- Bold and dynamic personality with experience in a broad sales environment.
- Exemplary conduct with a humble demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a generous approach to sales.
- Proficiency in digital tools and new communication methods.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in a client-focused retail environment, demonstrating a strong service orientation and a track record of achieving sales targets.
